Delivery within Europe
Every duvet is packed by hand in Poland and sent with DHL Express, fully tracked and insured. Delivery within Europe is currently free of charge.
When your order ships
We process orders Monday to Friday and dispatch within 2–3 business days, or up to 5 business days in busy periods. Orders placed at the weekend or on a Polish public holiday are processed on the next business day. When your duvet leaves us, you receive an email with the tracking link.
Delivery times
- Poland: standard delivery, 1–3 business days
- European Union: DHL Express, 2–3 business days
- Outside the EU, for example Norway and Switzerland: 5–10 business days
Customs and taxes
Prices for EU countries include VAT, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Outside the EU, your country may charge import duties and taxes, which are paid by the customer. We include all customs documents with the parcel.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, check the tracking link first, then contact DHL with your tracking number or write to us at info@unwonted.dk. If the box arrives damaged, take photos, keep the packaging and contact us within 48 hours, and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
Returns
European orders can be returned under our exchange and returns policy. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we do not include a prepaid return label.
