What's Covered: Stitching integrity, seam construction, shell fabric defects (not from misuse), and fill clumping or shifting that affects performance

What's Not Covered: Natural aging of materials, stains, discolouration, cosmetic wear from regular use, damage from pets, children or accidents, damage from misuse or improper care or washing
