How do I choose the right weight?
All season (400 g/m²) suits most bedrooms year-round, especially homes with heating. Winter (600 g/m²) is for cold bedrooms and people who usually feel very cold.

Will the duvet fit my existing duvet cover?
Our duvets follow standard European sizes. Choose a cover in the same size as your duvet for the best fit.

How should I care for my duvet?
Use a duvet cover to protect it, air it regularly and follow the care label. See Care above for the full instructions. For stains, follow our guide on how to remove a stain.

Is it suitable if I have allergies?
Yes. Alpaca fiber is hypoallergenic: it resists dust mites and contains almost no lanolin, the grease in sheep’s wool that irritates some people. The shell is breathable organic cotton.

How long does delivery take?
We ship with DHL Express. Delivery across Europe takes 2 to 3 business days, and you will receive tracking when your duvet is on its way.

What if I choose the wrong size or weight?
You can return your duvet within 30 days of delivery. Get in touch and we will help you find the right one.
