1. SHIPPING OVERVIEW

UNWONTED ships handcrafted luxury alpaca duvets throughout Europe. As a new company, we personally handle each order with care to ensure it reaches you safely.

2. PROCESSING TIME

Standard Processing: 2-3 business days
Busy Periods: May extend to 5 business days

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or Polish holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

3. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We Ship To

  • All European Union countries

  • United Kingdom

  • Norway

  • Switzerland

We Currently Do Not Ship To

  • Countries outside Europe

  • Military addresses

  • Some remote islands (contact us to confirm)

4. SHIPPING RATES AND TIMES

Poland (Domestic)

  • Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days - 25 PLN

  • Free Shipping: Orders over 500 PLN

European Union

  • Express Delivery: 2 business days - €40

  • Free Shipping: Orders over €200

Non-EU Europe (UK, Norway, Switzerland)

  • Delivery: 5-10 business days - €40

  • Note: Customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes

All delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment.

5. SHIPPING METHOD

We use DHL Express for all shipments. Each package includes:

  • Full tracking

  • Insurance

  • Prepaid return label (valid for 30 days)

6. CUSTOMS AND TAXES

EU Customers

  • No additional charges

  • VAT included in price

Non-EU European Customers (UK, Norway, Switzerland)

  • You may be charged import duties and taxes by your country

  • These charges are your responsibility

  • We provide all necessary customs documentation

7. DELIVERY ISSUES

Package Not Received

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking information

  2. Contact DHL with your tracking number

  3. Email us at info@unwonted.dk if you need assistance

Damaged Package

  • Take photos of damage

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Keep all packaging materials

  • We'll arrange a replacement or refund

8. RETURNS

All EU orders include a prepaid DHL return label in the package. For complete return information, see our Return Policy.
